You need a parent with you, and most likely your birth certificate to make sure that the adult is in fact your parent.
You cant by yourself as a 14 year old. I believe you can a parent or guardian present sign for you. They will want to verify that you bring in is actually your parent or guardian.
I think you can but you have to have parents consent and sign for you but im not to sure you can always call them to confirm as well
