Jesse was very friendly. I thought I needed a state inspection, but he explained that I did not need one at this time. I have been coming to Lee's Summit Dodge for years for my oil changes. They are always friendly and go out of their way to help me and get me out asap. Great service department.

We worked with Tim B. earlier this week to purchase a Honda. He was very up front in letting us know that he didn't know all the bells and whistles since it was not a Jeep/Dodge/Ram. He didn't try an BS us on what the car could do. He let us take a test drive, and was very pleasant to work with. When we finished he talked pricing with him. The dealership worked with us on the value of my truck we traded in, and ultimately agreed to a deal for a Honda Odyssey. Tim was great to work with, and even came in on his day off to work with our schedule. We will definitely consider this dealership again when looking for our next vehicle.

Normally would give them 5 stars, but not today. Because of a their mess up, I spent 1250 for 4 new tires. I tried to spend my money with them, but so it goes. Probably will be taking my business elsewhere.
