From the moment the Housman representative came out my wife and I knew we'd do business with them. Jason was friendly, professional, and on time. He gave us a reasonable quote in my opinion. When the guys showed up to replace our enclosure they were respectful and professional. They worked throughout the day in extreme heat and never complained. Their work was outstanding. I highly recommend Housman Aluminum.

Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They just take your money and no responsibilities. They build your porch but if anything happens afterwards they don't care. I had a leak on a patio they built just a year ago they were dragging me around keep telling me they're coming out. They never came. For about 3 weeks I talked to three different people a handful of time or more left several messages which in some cases they never even return my phone calls. At one point they even tried to deny that they built that patio so I had to pull up the permit online to prove it. If you want to do business with them go ahead you will regret it anyway. I'm aware that I wasn't the customer who payed for this patio, since I just purchased the house. I told Houseman Aluminum & Screening that I'm not expecting them to do the job for free. I just wanted them to come out and take a look at it and tell me how much it would cost to fix it. And yes they told me several times that next Tuesday than Friday than next week again. Nobody ever came. After 2 weeks dragging me around they denied that they built the patio so regardless who payed for it they lied to me and tried to get out of the responsibility. Warranty or not they never even intended to come out. And a year old patio shouldn't be leaking several different places anyway. So once again think twice before you hire Houseman Aluminum & Screening because they do an awful job anyway
