To start with, I normally don't give a 5-star review to a fast food restaurant if I use only the drive-thru. 4 stars are max. This time, however, I'm making an exception. ¶ I was pleasantly surprised to find this Arby's open a day after Hurricane Ian passed. Even so, it wasn't very busy, and it was still fully stocked. There was one item I wanted they had just sold out of right before I got there! No matter, I found something else equally as tasty. Everything else I ordered was also very tasty. ¶ Many kudos to this crew opening this restaurant a day after Ian, especially as the nearby Wendy's, McDonald's and Popeye's stores were still closed. Good work, guys and gals! 👍

I called and spoke to the manager at his Arby’s location and told him that I was going to order a cheesesteak sandwich online to have delivered and that I need aus jus with it because I couldn’t find a place in the menu for It. He said he would go ahead and put the sauce in my bag when he received the order so the Dash driver gets there and sends me a message that they do not have that sandwich. So I told her to get me a different sandwich then she told me I should just cancel the order not sure what happened why she was at the restaurant for 20 minutes before even trying to reach me. So I called the manager back and told him I wasn’t very happy about the situation he did offer for me to come in there and get the food or something like that but we’re on vacation and that’s not happening and we don’t eat at Arby’s very often so that wasn’t a good solution on his part. He could have offered a gift card or something.

Well this was one of my favorite places to eat,however the last 2 times were awful so just to be nice,to avoid cold fries or old sandwiches that never come out the same avoid here.
