Depends on the artist and what you want done. They will only give an estimate after meeting wth the customer and discussing the piece.
Scott did mine and my husband's as well as a few other friends and he is amazing. He's very reasonable and a fantastic artist. We've been to a few other studios around KC and Bleeding Heart is our favorite.
