My whole experience from the first phone call was amazing. I’ve been contemplating LASIK for years now and finally decided to call and get more information. I’m so happy that I ended up here. The lady I talked to on the phone got me set up with a consultation the same week! I went in today for it and Nikki was the girl that ran all the tests before the Dr. came in. Her attitude and customer service was stellar! Seriously one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. When Dr. Parsons came he introduced himself as Brent. Super personable and down to earth. Everything was explained to me in a way that I completely understood and I really didn’t have any questions at the end. My surgery is scheduled for 12/22 and I can’t wait!

Hi, Robyn. You can call our main office (816-478-1230) and press option #3 for our billing office. If you are setup through our Patient Portal, you can also communicate securely online in that manner to pay your bill.
