Do you think that Fort Collins real estate market is going to crash? Is the housing market in Northern Colorado a safe investment or should you wait to buy a house?

I can’t imagine it crashing. In the last housing crisis, data shows it basically just stopped going up. The most was about a 2% drop in one year, and then it started going up again. From my perspective Colorado is an expensive, but damn safe place to buy (if you avoid a house in a fire danger area)

Love it! Thanks, Jake! I agree. I think it may be expensive but comparatively to many areas it is still priced well. I think if you’re buying a house for yourself to live in, Fort Collins and Northern Colorado is an extremely safe bet.
