I don't have a question but I want it to be known they really need to do better my family & I waited three hrs to be seated & served then received cold & dried out food not to mention checks were messed up, our whole experience was crappy to be hones

I agree about the experience. I think the entire staff needs to go through remedial training in order to give the customer a better dining experience. If we're going to spend our hard earned money we deserve better.

I took my daughter on a dinner date. She has been great in school. So i wanted to reward her for doing such a great job on her tests and in class. She wanted to go to her favorite restaurant which is Red Lobster. Our server was very nice her name is Paola G. The food wasn't a good as before when we went. I ordered the ultimate Feast. The 🍤 scampi was dry. We only received 1 order of biscuits. Which my daughter loves. The drinks were flat. They took those off the order.
