Stop there for a quick breakfast and a cup of coffee. The service was quite fast only because there was nobody there other than a few cars and drive thru, but the constant complaining about the company, about people in the Drive-Thru, and overall working conditions could be heard out in the public area where they sat and ate. And the cussing and swearing was over the top. I could see why these businesses have lost business. We'll have to think twice about going to another Dunkin' donuts. And that's why I gave her three stars.

Every other time I come to a dunkin donuts store (today it was this location) I'm told something different about whether or not they can make a frozen drink with oat milk. One day they can and the next the manager says they can't. It clearly says on their website that oatmilk can be used in frozen drinks. I'm tired of wasting my time going to this store just to have the manager not know their job! Get your stores and managers on the same page please!

so my friend and I went to dunkin at two in the afternoon on feb 9th and we ordered an everything bagel toasted with garden veggie cream cheese, when we looked in the bag, unfortunately there was no receipt for the order whatsoever and we got a PLAIN BAGEL with NORMAL CREAM CHEESE. we went back and politely asked for the correct order and we received an everything bagel not toasted with the cream cheese on the side to put on ourself. enjoy this photo of us depressed and struggling trying to put this dumba$$ bagel together.

I always go at night. Today I got a latte with not an ounce of espresso in it. I wish I was surprised. I had a great run for about 2 months and a wonderful guy before then who was promoted for manager. But overall you never have decent night help. The girl before this i had to pay in exact amt or she would steal my change. The ice coffee is always bitter and sour. I worked at one these businesses before in a nearby town. It doesn't have to be that way Hold your employees accountable for decent product and don't run the good ones you do find down like you did the last poor girl who quit (and never had a day off). I even tip for my services, barely being able to expect AT THE LEAST what I paid for is disgusting.
