This by far is the worst of all Hertz locations.. As soon as you walk in, horrible customer service. They dont say hello. Employees like Barry L point to a sign and rattle off 19 reasons of why they wont rent to you. Do NOT use a place like Priceline for this place. They do not want to rent you the discounted rate, so they discurrage you from renting it. Worst of ALL locations.

Nice outside seating space, beautiful view, decent food but we waited over an hour for dinner- not great. But wait staff was pleasant and doing their best given the circumstances.

I have rented with Hertz 3 times now at the same location and have always had a pleasant experience. The staff is pleasant, informative and strive to get me going in a short amount of time. I am always pleased with the rate and I have not had a problem with the cars I've had. I plan to rent 2 more times this summer. The option to rent works for my family when they visit over the summer. THANKS

The gentleman who helped me with my rental car was very nice, personable and was very thorough. not pushy either about getting extra insurance. One thing that would be nice though, is later hours of business or at least have a drop box to leave keys and car at site. Most people work until 5:00 or 5:30. Other than that, service and the car I had was very good.
