We were at Enterprise in Rochester, NY. We received courteous and expert customer service and were totally satisfied with our rental vehicle and the entire rental experience. We did have one challenge though, when I left a pair if prescription reading glasses behind. It is all but impossible to follow up directly with the local counter at the airport, and lost and found is totally confusing...near useless.
