Thanks..I just thought they would of called cuZz.. it's a special circumstance.. we have been wondering what actually happened to my ring.. it was cleaned in ring cleaner.. and somehow the ring cleaner ate away all the Sterling silver.. we have been real concerned..

Its Sunday which is why they close early, the rest of the week they are open til 9 I believe. It takes 2-4 weeks to get your items and depending when you dropped it off and if its a holiday or sale it could take longer
