I do not recommend these apartments because they blame you for everything and charge you for something you do not do and they have cockroaches and it smells very bad behind those apartments they have horses behind and in the summer there fly very badly.🤢🤮👎👎👎, no los recomiendo

My best friend lives there, he has sent multiple complaints about his upstairs neighbors who are always knocking on the walls at all times and he has not seen any change, I spent 1 day visiting him and we could not see a movie in peace, he would never live there, I feel bad for him, I believe the management only care about the money and after that they don't care about keep happy the people who lived there

Smells of farm, and that's okay. Good little apartment community with friendly people. We're moving out now to St Louis.

Very disappointing. Before moving in staff was very friendly and good at communication. We have been having ongoing problems with our neighbors downstairs that keep smoking. We have all signed non smoking waivers as to not smoke in the complex. Our neighbors below us smoke daily and the smoke keeps coming up into our apartment. We have reported in to the staff on numerous occasions and if the messages are not completely ignored, in takes several days of contact messages to get a response. This has been going on for 3 months and nothing has been done up to this point. We have a you g child and are having to open our windows in the middle of winter to get the smell out. Stay clear of these ones and avoid the headache.
