when I moved in the place was not cleaned. they said they sent cleaners in 3 days after I was supposed to move in but it was not cleaned and the carpet was not shampooed. I gave up and just took pics. cleaned and moved in. at move out three months later they have the audisidy to charge me a cleaning fee, a fee to clean the carpets and chaged me twice for the utililites in June. Just so they can keep hallf of my deposit. do not rent here!!! tried to call multiple times and no answer. and if you do utilities 2 months in advance why was there no utilities the first two months I lived there

Absolutely terrible I have a friend who has been roped into a contract for over a year Maintenance is a joke, parking forecast is a even bigger joke. with so many clowns involved in that operation you would think it was a circus. Do yourself a favor and side step this dumpster fire you'd be happier.
