This place has gone down hill a lot especially since the change in management. The lawn doesn’t get mowed or taken care of and the parking lot is filthy now. You can’t talk to the management here or on the phone anymore. Trash gets thrown in the stairwell and left there for months without the management removing it

Management is awful, they don't have a number nor way to contact them directly with any concerns or questions, they have a text only number and never reply. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Putting it all short: New management is terrible. They squeeze every dime they can out of those living there. They look for any reason to have you fix something wrong before they bother stepping in. They raise rent during the lease agreement, don’t count on it always staying the same. The rent amount is NOT worth what you get from these old apartments. Windows aren’t sealed well so it’s freezing cold in the winter. Only source of cool air in summer is a small air vent in the living room. Doesn’t cool down any other rooms. Hundreds of box elder bugs can get in through the window seals. Wouldn’t recommend any family or friends to live here.
