Looked online at an item that said fully in stock at this location, but was told they didn’t have it in the most non-caring attitude (seems to be a common behavioral problem amongst Michael’s employees). No offer to find out where they were after looking where they should’ve been (which of course was taken by up another product that belonged elsewhere) nor explanation as to why it said “in stock” but wasn’t available at all. I was also mocked which I didn’t appreciate. This is an unsavory location anyway, so we definitely won’t be coming back.
