While the staff there are great people and very friendly, the service is extremely slow. I saw employees all over the place but I waited for about 40 minutes before I was able to even speak to someone about my order. I would recommend going to a different Sprinkler Supply Company. It might be faster than waiting at this location.

I had the sprinkler system backflow cracked/ leaking by the shut off valve. How do I remove the backflow unit out to replace the new one back in?

Hire a professional and then hire them each year to winterize system. If you still want to do it yourself then loosen unions. Remove cracked portion and replace. Repeat steps in reverse order to re-install
