Smoking pot is not allowed in the State of Florida. Period. Voters approved a constitutional amendment in 2016 allowing the use of medical marijuana through vaping and in food, oils, sprays and tinctures. The Legislature last year included a provision banning it from being smoked, and Gov. Rick Scott signed the measure into law in June. I personally disagree. When a patient needs immediate relief they should have the option of smoking. It's calming effect is instantaneously.
Yes i've had my card for awhile buddy. Only medical though, and they only sell leaf in pods or little ceramic pieces you put in a vape box or vape handheld. Eventually theyll sell it in different sizes but a eigth is all you can get at the moment buddy. Sometime soon well be able to get it and edibles they said this year. But as far as for now leaf is only legal to sell in pods.
