There are just one and two bedrooms, but no threes. Typically, evictions would need to be older than 5 years and paid off, with good rental history afterward. They will also look at credit and income to review the package as a whole.
Yes to three bedrooms, Not sure about evictions. Try to dispute and have it removed from your credit report. Ohio is ridiculous with their eviction policy it's almost like a conspiracy against certain groups. Anyhow, the office manager is very shady so stay woke!
