Used to be amazing considering the price and the awesome leasing office staff. Ever since Covid, they fired all the good staff and have cycled through several different teams of people in the leasing office. For about the third time in a year, I'm stuck with issues with my bills and maintenance, nobody to talk to at the office, and no communication about billing issues or maintenance requests, and on top of all that the rent has increased more than any prior year while the quality of the leasing agency has become horrible. I used to recommend Barclay to everyone, now I'd say to avoid it unless the price is a requirement for you, as it's still fairly cheap for 2BR townhomes.

Nothing gets done the office never answers and parking is first come first served so S.O.L if you work til the evening or later

been living here for a year now… it’s not the best but the area is quiet and for the most part they keep it somewhat clean, maintenance always comes when we put in requests we have had issues stuff leaks stuff is breaking very outdated to say the least they don’t paint or clean apartment before someone moves in they never fixed the pool which was just another thing I was upset about and now they are making us pay an extra $50 a month since we r renewing our lease. I’m planning on leaving soon once these new apartments by Easton are ready. If they remodeled these units and cleaned up more and fixed Pool i would stay but I want a place that isn’t falling apart

This place used to be nice and peaceful and now it’s just straight garbage. Ever since they got a new management team at the office this place has been terrible. I’ve been here almost 5 years and I cannot wait to move. The new people at the leasing office are very rude and lazy and they don’t care about their tenants like when I first moved in. It’s just really gone down hill. Don’t move in here. 0/10 for me.

They should. The place is poorly kept.
The 1st of every month. Any time after is a fee
Two bedrooms range between $700 and $780, depending on the style.
There are just one and two bedrooms, but no threes. Typically, evictions would need to be older than 5 years and paid off, with good rental history afterward. They will also look at credit and income to review the package as a whole.
