Management is great and very friendly, the flats are well-maintained, the upper floor views are fantastic, and the price is great.

Terrible management, will be rude and heartless toward you if you dare to inconvenience them. You would be wise to look harder. I have suffered more headache dealing with them in the past month than my entire rental history. Elevators frequently don’t work. Try going on a grocery run just to find that you have to carry them up 6 flights of stairs.
