Safe building and nice finishes. Largest complaint - they lease out the majority of the ‘should be common areas’ as office space! Smart on their part - maximizing $$ per sq ft. Instead, residents are offered a closet-sized room with a few machines. For the price paid, there should be more common areas / amenities.

I cannot emphasize in words how amazing it is to live at the Hubbard park place. From management to the actual building. Taylor/Brittany are the best people I’ve dealt with in a rental management/property: they’re empathetic, caring and responsive to tenant’s needs. Woods Companies are really the best. Building itself is extremely well maintained, best appliances, quiet and especially love my kitchen. Can cook million dishes in a 6 range gas stove. Glad I made the move to live here and not leaving anytime soon. Highly recommend this property to anyone Cheers Ramit

This. Place. Rocks. If you're moving to Columbus for the first time or looking to move to the Short North, Hubbard Park Place is as good as it gets. The finishes are the nicest of any apartment building in Columbus and nothing beats the rooftop pool. It is truly hard to find an apartment building with gas range stoves, beautiful bathrooms, amazing views, and a good sense of community. Management is quick, responsive, and easy to work with. On top of all that, nothing beats the location. HPP is in the center of Columbus' best nightlife. I have searched far and wide in terms of Columbus apartments and you will not find somewhere as fun, homey, chic, or beautiful as Hubbard Park Place.

In early 2019, HPP suffered from the mismanagement of a third party company. Unwilling to tolerate anything but a five-star experience, Wood Companies stepped in and took complete control of managing their building and the entire resident experience. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the property, the Wood Companies staff or the amenities of the building. They go above and beyond for their renters, and are extremely receptive to new ideas. I feel like the property is in a perpetual state of motion and change, for all the right reasons. It's continuing to improve month over month and new amenities are introduced regularly. If you're looking for that 5-star, "big city" style of living, with all the expected extravagances, look no further than HPP.

The leasing process is simple. You can apply online on our website by clicking on the Find An Apartment Tab. When you find the home of your dreams, click on the Apply Now option, and you’re on your way. Once you are approved, you are sent a lease through our software program. The complete process is done online.
According to the lease, you are not permitted to paint the walls. However, we do ask you to get permission to do so.
Yes. Any holes in the walls will need to be prepared upon move-out with nothing in the trim.
We allow up to 2 pets per household with a $50 per month pet fee per pet.
