So I’m sitting here eating at IHOP in Florissant,Mo. and as I was getting close to done eating there’s melted cheese on my plate where my hash browns were, but I didn’t have cheese on any of my food. Why is that?

You should probably bring that to the attention of management. That probably means someone didn't wash that plate well enough and then still served your food on it.

Yep. Dirty plate. Had lipstick on my coffee cup.

You already know why? On the real the cheese was from a previous meal. The plate was put into the dishwasher and "clean" the cheese didn't come off.
