PetSmart is horrible. I bought Advantage flea and tick shampoo from this location and it almost killed my cat. My cat was diagnosed with pyrethrin toxicity from an ingredient in the shampoo that is known to be toxic to cats. I did not feel angry at PetSmart and wrote a review of the product. PetSmart has blocked both my attempts at a review, refuses to tell me why, and are ignoring me. It's sad, because I loved PetSmart. I trusted PetSmart but they won't even respond and tell me why my reviews are being blocked. Won't be back except to return.

Used the grooming center, so VERY pleased. Most groomers wouldn't take Baby because she's elderly and a grump. Pictures are both from today of the same dog. She's so happy without all that extra (grimy) hair!

They are very helpful very nice and they keep the lines moving. Like going in there. Even the people are nice who are just there to shop for their dog.🐕🐾

My puppy is always happy when we pick him up. He smells good and the cut is just what we asked for. Great Job 👍
