PLEASE BE ADVISE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! In the midst of renting a car here NOW because my car is in repair shoppe due to someone crashing into my car. (Our car will be in shoppe at least one month due to damages) First, given a rental that after 2 days of renting had a slow leak so bad had to bring to this Florissant location twice to put air in tire … “unsafe to drive.” Finally, after 2nd time bringing in today, (6/22)called and talked to Kyle, branch manager, told us he had a car for us, went to branch to pick up car within 2 hours and car was rented out. When I asked about the car, Kyle LIED about talking to us and ACT AS DOING ME A FAVOR BY ARGUING WITH ME TO TAKE WHAT WAS ON LOT! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! Do NOT COME HERE! AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT GIVING POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I reserved my car at the Florissant, MO Hwy 67 location, prior to arriving in STL for a funeral. Check in went smoothly until the attendant took me out to check the car. The Chevy Malibu had minor bumper damage that he pointed out, but upon opening the drivers door the distinct overwhelming smell of marijuana came from the car. I told him I couldn't possibly take that car but he promised they could deodorize it in 15 minutes. After he deodorized it the smell of marijuana AND ammonia was suffocating!!! The only other car they had available smelled the exact same way. Kyle the manager apologized and said the attendant may not have noticed the smell while cleaning it...how could you NOT??? I had to cancel my reservation and call my cousin to get a ride to the airport. I ended up renting from Budget where I got a nice new clean, no smelling vehicle for less...AND they upgraded me to a small SUV at no additional cost. Not that I would have taken it but Kyle didn't even offer me a discount for the inconvenience. Never again!!!!!

That depends on what size you're looking for as well as the style. Such SUV, full size car, luxury, etc.
