Positive: Our experience was ok. It was about 8 min. From thr Renaissance Airport St Louis...so this is the main reason we stayed here. The check in lady was fine. They did provide light breakfast. It was a good price. There were several nice white towels. Negative: The hotel was dirty outside as far as the pavement in front of hotel. Some trash. The carpet was old and funny smell. Some scuffs on the walls in hall. Our toilet was cracked; but had been repaired. The carpet felt dirty underfoot in room.

I’m not obligated by law to tell you the reason that I’m staying at your hotel. Once I TOLD you I’m quarantined for COVID because your pushy maintenance guy insisted on entering my room without my consent you begun to treat me like an unwanted parasite. No human dignity at all. One hotel clerk even said to me “we don’t do that here”. Really??? People have been quarantined in hotels for the past two years. I’m almost positive I’m not your FIRST. Will never return here again. Maintenance will try to open your door while you’re still inside telling them to not open your door 😳. Unbelievable. Unprofessional. Thank God I didn’t die in this God forsaken place.

Positive: I like the fact that it was very quiet. It was just what I needed. Negative: I didn't like that the only microwave was in the community area. At 2am I wanted to warm my pizza up but didn't want to leave the room. However I did know about that before booking. I still had a great stay.

So, I looked at my review today. And the owner reply back sorry to hear that my car got broken into while I stay at the hotel. But sorry not going to fix my window that got busted out at 3 o'clock in the morning. And the fact your employees knew that car thefts be doing that up there. Still got charged full price for the room. Make it right owner. You have my contact information.
