One of the best condos in NSB. Recently renovated. Close to restaurants and bars. 2 pools (one heated). Lots of chairs and tables. Free propane BBQ grills to use. Fast Wi-Fi. Right on the beach. Laid back nice people. Well run and well kept.

There is an accessible wheel chair access for several units but there is no ramp within grounds for beach access. You can reside by the pool which has a low end in the pool with guard ràils to enter. All showers should be within code for wheel chair accesse but added measures can be made for wheel chair access rooms if requested during time of booking.
Minimum is 7 nights at The Pelican and the majority of all condos in New Smyrna Beach. There are some hotels that have daily rates. I rent my unit A503.
