It's nice to bring cold stuff there and a blanket there's pretty areas between the homes across the street from the gift shop where you can enjoy a nice picnic and the kids can run around with the chickens!
There is a picnic area with tables, but, no grilling is allowed on our historic site. For our major events, our volunteers serve up hot dogs at a family friendly price.
