Christian is right. You can't "rent" it. It is first come first serve. If you are going to have tables set up you might have to get permission, but it's still first come first serve.

We did but discreetly so not to bother others. We also have no more than 6-10 people sitting on blanket under tree. A BD party for same person yearly. They love it!
There is a little area that looks like you could hold a wedding ceremony there. However, I am not sure how you could rent that area out.
