Yes there is parking. It's about 6 dollars for most of the day. We parked there and then took the free shuttles all over the city. Worked out great

Yes Spaces are arranged for regular sized cars on the outside of the roadway and narrower spaces for compacts on the right or inside of the roadway. Some people squeezed full size vehicles into the narrower spaces but I don't know how they got out or once out how they Got back in with other cars parked next to them. We paid 9.00 US for about 4 hours parking. You can easily spend hours looking for Free parking in that area.
