My husband and I celebrated our 21st wedding anniversary at Hank's and it was amazing! Our server was on point and very attentive, the food was fresh and delicious and the atmosphere was perfect for a romantic dinner. We can't wait to go back to Charleston and dine at Hank's again!

Yes, it's somewhat upscale, although you don't need to dress up.
We also had a reservation when they were packed and got out table within 5 to 10 minutes. To be honest, as an impatient person myself, I would wait an hour an a half to eat that delicious food.

Jeans in a nice place like this is an insult to the proprietors, the level of service and the quality of the experience. Compliment the establishment by making an effort to dress properly.

If you're sensitive to air conditioning go ahead and wear long pants. I didn't find it uncomfortable and I'm not tolerant of low temperatures.
