I was quoted 500 dollars to set up a room for 60 for breakfast. Plus food cost of course. My experience is use the capital city club or a country club. No room charge or minimal charge 40 and food price is better.

I would call, speak to management. They should have different size room's available.

My stay did not include the use of these facilities. Sorry.
