They are one of the best pain management facilities I have been to. With their own out-patient center. Keep trying to contact them, they will return call or go into their office and get paperwork started. Ok
We have been trying to reach them for over a month and they never answer the phone and voicemail is always full so you can't leave a message for them to call you. We are disgusted with this practice.
I think they're closed on Fridays or at least they used to be. They also have specific phone hours. Hang in there. I know how awful chronic pain can be.
