We were experiencing trouble with our internet using DigitalPath My husband called to report our very very poor internet. The person moved us on to a network that is used by emergency services so we would still have issues. Called back to discuss the problems again and found out that we have 'Legacy Equipment'. So, our equipment is out dated and we said we need to get new equipment. We were told that new equipment is not available to DititalPath customers in our area. Only in the Chico area and there are no plans to provide us with the necessary equipment to get good WiFi. We are paying the same as those with new equipment, what the heck? DigiPath fired! I guess if you live in the Chico area, it's great~

Bad very slow speeds i get up to 4 mbps download and 0.70 upload and that on a good day. It is very overpriced and half the time the internet doesn't work. I would not recommend this company as they never seem to have a good service and is very overpriced and they set data caps that run out leaving you with no internet. I am gonna be switching to star link soon and the speeds are 20x faster and its cheaper with no stupid data caps.

Super laggy. Great service for the first year. After that, price went up service went down. Standard procedure for them I guess.

I would recommend contacting technical support so they can get an idea of your issue. As a wireless provider there are numerous moving parts and causes that could be the issue. It could be anything from radio interference, signals, cable errors, many factors that could be at play. Technical support is more than happy to give assistance to customers with issues.
We have restored and rebuilt our relays in that area. Please call in to verify and get reconnected.
Why is my internet off all the time now. Use to be pretty good but not anymore.
DigitalPath unfortunately does not provide cell service.
The internet is down, all their phone lines and their website is down too. It's like they disappeared.
I dont think they'll charge you your internet speed will just decrease until the next month.

It looks like the relay at Castle Rock Ct is no longer there but there's another relay on flat iron hill next to it.
Theh have an interface where you log into your account and you can pay your bill.

There is service to lower areas of the city, however the heavily wooded areas make it difficult to provide services further into the city.
No it's available for residential. However it is the worst internet I've ever had in my life. Mobile data on my phone is faster and is more reliable. it's not good enough for a family maybe one person by themselves and it's still annoying the way it cuts off periodically matter of fact I don't know how you could use it for a business ..
