Called them for help with a self install they welcomed me by phone when I showed up they grabbed a bolt meter looked at what I had and helped me straighten out my issue in minutes. Walked away before I got his name but told me I didn’t owe him a penny. Lots of inventory also and has competitive prices. Worth any difference in price for the customer service!

Reconed a speaker for us . Did a nice job I would recommend him.
Most brands of vintage (non digital) receivers and reel-to-reels. Speakers and turntables too, though on a more case-by-case basis. It's best to call ahead before you haul the components over. Certain brands will have difficult/impossible to source replacement parts. Which ones specifically is subject to change, so again it's best to call. Thank you for your inquiry!
Hi, our repair services are limited to speakers and certain types of vintage audio equipment. Bose does offer reasonably priced flat rates for repairs, however. They can be reached at 1-877-210-3782.
