I would recommend contacting technical support so they can get an idea of your issue. As a wireless provider there are numerous moving parts and causes that could be the issue. It could be anything from radio interference, signals, cable errors, many factors that could be at play. Technical support is more than happy to give assistance to customers with issues.
Alex, I have the same issue all the time. Some days are great and it only happens every couple hours. Days like today it happens almost every 5 minutes and it completely unusable internet for a couple days at a time. Living in rural areas, it’s hard to find anyone who provides internet. This is the best option we had and I feel like we’re gettinf robbed. I pay $120 a month for maybe a handful of days out of the month that I can actually use my internet. And I live at the bottom of the hill from one of the towers. We couldn’t be any closer or have a more clear direct line of sight and this is the service we get. It’s hopeless.
