Why can't you put the prices on your drink menu? Why is it such a secret to know what you're paying for? 🤔

2 main reasons. They have locations in different areas and prices are different for each because of operating costs and income levels of consumers.  printing one menu for all locations is cheaper then to customize for each. And Demand.  Majority don't pay attention to drink prices probably because menus have always been like that. Creating flexibility to change the prices on drink menus so they don't have to change prices on food menus because of fluctuating food commodities.

Why don't you ask a manager next time your there.

Because alcohol is a high markup item that many people are willing to pay extra for, and disassociating the cost number makes it faster and more likely that someone in that category will order one.

A little rude Brian. Some people like to use CASH not pkastic, so they like to know about how much CASH they want to carry. I would love it if all the restaurants website menus include their prices.

Or, maybe because they know they're gouging and that listed prices might scare people into drinking ice water. Soda and ice tea prices don't change any more often than food prices.

Most places serving alcohol don't advertise the prices.
