The people who manage these apartments are not honest and they treat you based on who you are and where you come from. My contract was for a year but in the end, when I asked to leave they took me out a contract that stated that I had to stay in their apartment for 7 more months. I went to speak with their manager who made me understand that if I had to leave, I will pay the remaining 7 months anyway. The last straw was that I found myself with a roommate who smoked in the apartment and despite my complaints, nothing was done because this gentleman had friends who work at the rental office. I continue to pay the rent despite the fact that they took the key to the apartment. And the amount is fixed according to their mood. I will finish paying them in July 2021 but I would be remiss if I did not warn any housing seeker not to take the Kirkwood college apartments. 10/11/2021 I finally finished paying these thieves for 10 months free. They even decided not to return my deposit of $ 310 to me. The photo of the final account statement is attached.

I lived here for two years. The people in the office are nice and do their best to make everyone happy. The first year was a little rough with the apartment that I was in but they fixed it the next year by allowing me to switch apartments for the same price as I was paying before. It is a very reasonable price to pay.
