Receiving for frozen is on the south side, on 29th street. (I got faulty directions from a bunch of random people before finding the CORRECT receiving office) There' s plenty of room to back into the building from the street but you'll want go go around the building on 28th to avoid blindsiding. Wouldn't let me check in til 5 minutes prior to appointment but unloaded me FAST once I was in, I'm happy

Don't bring a load here if you aren't a local. Nevermind appointment times. Was supposed to unload next ten trucks ago. After 16 hours and all the other trucks were long gone, they play hide and seek instead of letting me unload. I've heard at least five different lies as to why I couldn't unload yet.

I wouldn't recommend delivering bulk feed products here. Seems the dry vans and refers get out but I've been here for going on 8 hours and when I got here only had one truck ahead of me and he was already half empty🤔

You'll fair better here if you speak Spanish and aren't in any hurry to get anywhere. Otherwise, everyone was polite and professional. They have docks on three sides of the building as well as different receiving offices that do not necessarily coordinate with their respective side of the building. Best to call ahead and confirm the delivery address for your load as they have at least three.
