I just tried their Sea Salt & Cracked Pepper jerky. This is now my favorite over Old Trapper and Tillamook. It’s a bit on the chewier side, which is an attribute I seek out. Flavor is excellently blended, just a hint of sweet before mixing with the smoke, salt, and pepper flavors. It’s hard to explain, just try a small bag for yourself if you like slightly tougher jerky.

Jerky has a very strange taste to it. It’s not good at all and leaves a horrible after taste! I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy! 🤮

Grand outdoors seating, good beer selection and clean open atmosphere. Families or friends will be happy with the location. large enough to be a meeting place for working breakfasts and lunches.

Hi Jean - It looks like our hours are listed correctly on Google! Our business hours for our Retail Outlet & Office are 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. Our driveway is located immediately across the railroad tracks on 3rd Street if you are heading East (immediately before the tracks if heading West).
Hi Ron - Freezing our meat snack products can be done and will extend the life of the product. We do not currently have standard information on how long products can be frozen.
It's gate is locked at night. Park in the gravel/dirt between Werners driveway and Pacific Pride next to Hampton.
Hi Mark - Yes our retail outlet is closed on Sunday. Hours are 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. Our Beef & Brew restaurant and meat market hours are Tuesday-Saturday, 7am-8pm.
