Unbelievably unprofessional. Booked a room while on a cross country road trip with our kids. The room was advertised with free cancelation. While on our way one of our children became sick, making it necessary for us to stop our trip early. My wife emailed the hotel to cancel our stay. The hotel received our email but still charged us. We called the hotel asking to be refunded our money. We were told that they were short staffed and could not handle our request at the moment. We have called and left multiple messages with management and have not received a call back. 2 weeks later we still have not been refunded and at this point cant get anyone to return our calls.

Les Personal

Decent continental breakfast and room was clean & comfy. Only three floors but room was spacious...could use some updating. Sink wouldn't drain but always had hot water. Also, they had small indoor pool & hot tub. Super close to highway, gas station & McDonald's but not much else around...

Quiet, clean rooms. Bathroom fan didn't work and had some issues with the heat/ac but overall a good stay. Would have liked to see some bagels but breakfast was good and popular with myself and other guests. (I also had breakfast late so they could have been out)

Positive: Beds were comfortable. Hotel was clean. Easy on and off freeway for traveling. Negative: The room key didn¿t work. It took the staff 3 tries before we were able to get into our room.
