You still have to do the classes and fines such as they were 20 years as of 2018 it stay on your driving for 13 years now and I'm not sure in your case but you have both the criminal case and the DMV has it own hearing process
Not sure when it clears your record, but calling the DMV to verify if you can get your license yet would be your best bet.
It falls off your record at 10yrs. Just reapply online
