The service is very bad. I left a deposit to pick up the car and they told me that they already sold the same car to two people. That, how can it be possible, is very bad.

Probably some confusion with the sellers that usually happens with the car number when they are similar, but I imagine that they offered you another car just like it, unless you wanted the one they sold and you don't understand that all new cars are the same.
