Worst dealership experience, we went on Sunday looking for a car we saw on the website, Lester from Hyundai “helped us out” and said the car was at the service department so we couldn’t even see it, he told us it would be ready on Tuesday. We took the day off work on Tuesday so we could have time to do everything, we called and he said he didn’t know what time it would be ready. We waited all day long and in the afternoon he called and said they had sold the car to someone else. We asked why didn’t he called and he said another client bought it but couldn’t take it until the title came to them, we said if that was an option we could’ve bought the car on Sunday, but he didn’t mention that option. On Thursday he calls again and says the client has not come back with the money so he can get the car off of the sale hold and give it to us. Friday comes, now he says the other client agreed on going today with the money for the car. How do you “sell” a car to a client that has no money or put no deposit down, instead to people who were ready to put a down payment for it? How do you have a car listed as “available” and you don’t even have the title of it? How can you call yourselves a “serious car dealership” when your employees are unprofessional, uncoordinated and disorganized as this guy is? Terrible service…. Don’t recommend at all!

If you are asking about the roadside assistance, that comes with your car, you are probably better off calling Honda, even though my personal experience with Plaza Honda is exceptionally great! :) This is a manufacturer question, not Plaza Honda.
