Hi, but be careful cuz some of those warranties when you need to use them they will say. Oh the warranty does not cover that so make sure you ask then to give you a paper where stay what coverage is included, good luck and I hope this will help you a bit

If you don't have a down payment it's ok. But if you do have one, it will maximize your chances to get the bank approval and will lower your monthly bill. But the main thing is to have a reasonable credit score and like a paystub with a good year to date.
