I walked in with a very deep pain on a infected bug bite, I checked in and after 1 1l5 to 2 hours waiting and 4 people were called to be seeing who came after me, I asked why I wasn't called and the girl behind the desk told me I has not been even checked out, so I left, I was not about to wait another 2 hours, most unprofessional, I'm don't think I'll be back there again

The office and medical staff provided an excellent experience up until i had to pick up my mother's prescriptions. Tiffany ( the nurse or medical assistant) assisted us and verified the address to the CVS pharmacy where we requested the prescriptions to be sent...just to send it to WALGREENS!Instead of apologizing for sending a disabled individuals prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy, she stated, " Since there is a Walgreens and CVS both on 26th street and they are both 24 hours you could pick it up ". Tiffany needs some type of training on inter-personal skills as her condescending demeanor on the phone was not professional at all. I wil NEVER use this location again!

I went in for service on April, they’ve attempted charging, me and my insurance FOUR TIMES. One of the most recent, they are trying to claim it under someone else instead of MDNOW since My insurance has them on the radar for fraud. I’m STILL battling this and it’s September.
