My experience with iLab was experienced with Claudine she was extremely professional and she was helpful and on the ball. She even changed the glasses that I couldn't see out of into the perfect prescription. I will be definitely tell anybody who is looking foran amazing experience check out my eyelab!

I went in last week after speaking with someone ensuring that my insurance would be taken. I needed an updated prescription for my lenses and did not have time to see my primary. The exam consisted of me staring at a TV screen for my assessment. They preceded to tell me that my prescription increased 500%. When they put the new contacts in I fell down because the script was so strong. No one took my concerns into account. I left paying for a script that I will not use.

So, I was here a week ago and the really nice guy (Josh) was basically running back and forth doing 5 people's job at once answering like 3 calls regarding status updates, dealing with my payment, and taking a line of customers. He seems super hardworking and I don't know if this was the case for your particular call, but it may have just been a little too hectic at the moment. That's just my observation.

Hello, I know two locations, the one in Little Havana, they all speak Spanish, the one in Fort Lauderdele does not, but they are ultra friendly, and the optometrist does speak Spanish.
Never ever go there. Worst place possible!
