I was truly delighted with the customer service at this facility, Natasha was gracious and so helpful, and the dental assistant (or Hygienist) Elna was so respectful and professional, she obviously knew her stuff. I really appreciated their service. I honestly wish I could say the same about the dentist, who didn’t even bother to introduce herself. This dentist was cold, and as customary in some situations and in treating certain patients, didn’t feel the need to communicate with the patient. So she reviewed the x-rays, did a quick examination and left the room. Sending back the assistant to do another x-ray and later sending her back with her findings and instructions. So, what if I had further questions or concern. I pray I will never ever be so distant and aloof with any of my patients, if I ever am it would mean that I no longer regard them as being of any consequence to me or my business. Shame on you doc …. Whatever your name is, please respect the next person you treat with dignity and respect, regardless of who they are or how they present.
