UPDATE*** After speaking with the owner, she informed me that they were not charging my and wrote my bill of despite what my insurance had sent me. I really appreciated the effort she made to rectify the situation. I do not normally write reviews, positive or negative but felt compelled based on my initial experience. However, Dr. Natalie reached out to me immediately and was professional and courteous in handling this matter. *** Terrible Experience..not only misled me in saying they “accepted my insurance” when they were in-fact not in-network. Then tried to rush me in paying over $1000 in copays right then and there to do a bunch of work they claimed I needed. No breakdown of fees until I asked, just “this what you owe right now, let’s get started.” When I did receive a breakdown of costs I started to notice discrepancies in what I normally pay for items vs what they wanted to charge and realized they were not in network. They then brought in someone to explain that they accept all types of insurance to “offer a better range of doctors.” Ok, but you need to inform your clients of their insurance status, ESPECIALLY if your office requires appointments to be made online where you do not speak with anyone during the process. I declined any work and stated I would have never made an appointment if I knew they were out of network and we parted ways. THEN, I received a bill in the mail from them for almost $400!! Absolutely unprofessional and predatory practice that is just out for your money. Find someone who cares about you and not how much you can pay them.
