I dropped off my car for service on a Thursday and was told they'd call me right away with an update. After ducking my calls all day Friday, finally at the end of the day they admitted they hadn't looked at the car and wouldn't look at it until the next week. I can appreciate that businesses get busy, but the complete lack of communication put me in a rough position without a car, a fact that they didn't seem to think was a problem.

Very bad service brought our vehicle in for a noise they claim they fixed the transmission and the same nice was still there it took them four weeks to get the noise to go away now I am smelling a musky smell coming from my car and my right window is not working properly someone must’ve left the window down causing damage to my window switch ridiculous very bad service

On my QX60 there's a power button on the driver side knee level position. I accidentally bump it with my knees before....try to see if you have that button that controls the power of the liftgate
